Arnold Press - 3 sets of 12
Lateral Raise - 3 sets of 15
Front Raise - 3 sets of 15
Single Calf Raise - 5 sets of 20
Reverse Crunch - 1 set of 100 reps
Kettlebell Swing/Burpee Finisher : Start with 7 Swings and 1 Burpee then drop 1 Swing and 1 Burpee until you’ve completed 1 Swing and 7 Burpees on your last set.
